How many devices can I use with ImageToolsHub simultaneously?

You can use ImageToolsHub on unlimited devices if you have purchased a LitePlus plan or above

How can I get more credits?

You can purchase multiple subscription plans one after another using the same email address by visiting our pricing page and choosing plans based on your credit requirements. Each subscription will be active independently and provide its own set of credits. You can cancel any subscription anytime by visiting 'Manage Subscription' at the bottom of the website, no questions asked.

Why do my credits show as zero right when my subscription renews?

If you see zero credits at the moment of renewal, don’t worry. This can happen because the payment is still processing. In most cases, your full credits will appear within 3 minutes, but in rare situations it may take up to 1 hour. Once the payment finishes processing, your new credits will automatically show in your account.
